5 Airport Looks for Your Next Trip

ONE

Zoe Chicco | T by Alexander Wang | Michael Kors | Ralph Lauren | Kiki de MontparnasseMiu Miu | Celine

I'll start with the outfit I put together for an upcoming flight this week. I'm doing a really easy combination of black skinny pants from Zara + gray slub knit top from Alexander Wang, lace bralette (ridiculously comfortable), metallic cap toe slip-ons, minimalist Y-bar necklace, my everyday cognac bag (from Target and so cute!), and tortoise shell sunglasses. After I get off the plane, I'll change into a pair of black platform sling backs. This outfit, to me, is top level comfort.

TWO

T by Alexander Wang | Pedder Red | J Brand | Zara | Michael Kors | Quay Australia | Blackfive

You really cannot go wrong when combing black, white, and camel. Pair your most comfortable white tee with black pants, slip-ons and a camel coat or long waistcoat. Add texture with a leather bag, tortoise sunglasses, and a fun tassel for your luggage. I love this furry one from Michael Kors but I have a black leather fringe tassel for my luggage.

THREE

Victoria Beckham | Rag & Bone | LAKP | Calvin Klein | Longchamp

For a simpler look, wear a long-sleeve black tee with boyfriend jeans like a modern Jackie. I like the idea of playing it up with a fun shoe, whether it be sequined cloth like these from LAKP or maybe a print. Top it off with classic travel accessories like Calvin Klein aviators and a Longchamp Le Pliage tote.

FOUR

Genuine People | J.Crew | DKNY | Ralph Lauren | Acne Studios | Monsoon

I know that flights are usually cold, but I was on one recently that was so miserably freezing that I don't believe I will ever fly again without a warm cardigan like this one. Pair a textured cardigan with a lightweight cashmere sweater and black trousers. Stick with the color scheme for your accessories but throw in a little something extra, like this pair of burgundy flats.

FIVE

Markus Lupfer | James Perse | T by Alexander Wang | Anthropologie

For long haul flights, we all know that it's important to strike the right balance between style and extreme comfort. Typically, that means a sweatshirt and leggings. Go for it, but dress it up a bit with an embellished or graphic sweatshirt from brands like Markus Lupfer and Zoe Karssen. Choose a nice pair of leggings and a comfortable layering tank. This would be a great outfit for a statement shoe, like these D'Orsay flats from Guilhermina at Anthropologie. Stick on an under-eye sheet mask and you're good to go.

Stay tuned for what's in my carry-on bag later this week!
