Dream Weekend: April in Copenhagen

Saturday would begin with breakfast at Coffee Collective. After that, I'd bike ride around the city and stop in to see the beautiful minimalist architecture at Grundtvig's Church in the Bispebjerg district. After that, I'd head over to explore Christiania, the autonomous commune, and have a drink at Cafe Nemoland. For lunch, I'd go to SimpleRaw for fresh vegetables and desserts. After lunch, I'd bike ride around a bit more and maybe go to Tivoli Gardens. For dinner, I'd go to Geist for black truffle cauliflower and oellebroed for dessert. I'd end the night seeing a performance at the Copenhagen Opera House.

Sunday morning, I would have a breakfast of pastries at Meyers Bageri before going to explore the Glyptoteket Museum. After the museum, I'd head to 42Raw for an avocado sandwich or pizza. I'd take a post-lunch walk then go shopping at some of the amazing stores in Copenhagen like Stilleben, Iris Hantverk, Ganni, and Holly Golightly. After stocking up on beautiful Scandi things, I'd go for dinner at the world's best restaurant--Noma. I'd have beautiful dishes like apples and lemon thyme, vegetable flower, New Danish potato and nettle, and Øland wheat. After dinner, I'd go for a long night stroll.
