Dream Weekend: January in London

I'd start the morning off with Eggs Benedict and a fruit smoothie at Natural Kitchen followed by shopping at places like Skandium, Space.NK Apothecary, and The Kooples. Then, I would head over for more browsing at Alfie's Antique Market. For lunch, I'd go to The Botanist for radicchio tortellini, Dauphinoise potatoes, and an Aperol spritz. I like big lunches, so maybe I'd get a pudding as well. After lunch, I'd quickly stop by the Saatchi Gallery for a fix of contemporary art. Later that night, I'd go to the ballet at the Royal Opera House followed by drinks at the quirky Mr. Fogg's Tavern.

Sunday morning would consist of a spin class at 1Rebel, which might be the coolest gym I've ever seen. After class, I'd go for tea at Claridge's to load up on scones and sandwiches and Cornish clotted cream because that's exactly what one does after a tough workout. After tea, I'd hop to the Tate Modern for the Alexander Calder and Robert Rauschenberg exhibitions. For dinner, I'd go to Manna for organic, vegan Bangers + Mash plus seasonal greens and a vegan dessert. Next, I'd wander around for a good while before going for late night snacks at Ian McKellan's pub The Grapes or vegetarian pub The Coach & Horses.
