The day would begin with a breakfast of Turkish eggs from Sister Sadie before heading out to explore the amazing library at Trinity College. After a morning among the books, I'd go to The Winding Stair for lunch and more books. I'd have an heirloom tomato salad with pea pancakes and a cup of tea before spending the afternoon shopping for antiques. I'd have dinner at Coppinger Row---spinach and ricotta gnocchi with a salad. After dinner, I'd take a long walk and spend a little while at the Brazen Head, a pub dating back to the year 1198.
Sunday's breakfast would be at Herbstreet, where I'd have pancakes, chia seed pudding, and a cup of tea. I'd spend the morning browsing several of the art galleries in the city before going over to Wall and Keogh for a light lunch eaten outside in the garden. After lunch, I'd find a good bookstore to buy something new to read in various spots around the city for the remainder of the afternoon. Dinner would be at The Camden Kitchen. I'd have free range chicken with cabbage, potato gnocchi, and butternut squash with a side of green beans and for dessert, an apple and blackberry crumble with spiced ice cream. After dinner, I'd finish off the night with a movie at Light House Cinema.
