5 Affirmations for a Great Monday

I've been using affirmations for years now, particularly in college, but recently have gotten back into using them more consistently. Do you guys ever do this? Repeating affirmations to yourself in the morning can set the tone of your day; repeating them throughout the day keeps you focused; and repeating them at night is a great way to wrap up a productive day. 

Using affirmations is easy. My favorite way to do this is to stand in front of the mirror and repeat the affirmations out loud. It may feel kind of weird at first, but looking into your own eyes is helpful when you want to embed a thought into your mind. Another technique I learned is to repeat the affirmation out loud in the following sequence: two times in a loud voice, two times in your normal speaking voice, two times in a whisper, two times moving your lips without any sound, and two times in your mind.
