Surprise post! I packed the most delicious lunch today: raw green bell peppers stuffed with homemade guacamole and chickpeas, a homemade zucchini muffin, and a giant glass of ice water and lemon. Tonight, I'm excited for the new episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as well as a nice yoga session and recovery from my ongoing exhaustion due to the time change.
