The Weekend List {No. 18}

The past week has been fairly stressful, given the hurricane situation. We evacuated west for two days, only to turn around and come home after the storm had shifted. It certainly wasn't as bad in our area as it was further South, but it was super loud through the night and the power was out for quite awhile which is never fun when it's hot outside. Fortunately, our power was turned on by early afternoon the following day. The same can't be said for most people, so I'm really grateful. After sleeping forever on Tuesday trying to de-stress, I'm back in the game. Here's some interesting things:

Free People shared the most amazing 10-step facial massage. It felt so good, I might starting doing this every day alongside my skincare routine.

PB Teen just launched a Harry Potter collection and I honestly wish I was a child again so that I could decorate a clubhouse with all of it. I guess I could still do it...

I've really been enjoying the work of Domenico Gnoli, a midcentury painter from Rome.

I saw a great article on MyDomaine of 96 Things to Do When You're Bored. I'm not often bored, but during the colder months I think it's nice to have a list on hand of things to do. I certainly second the idea of a bubble bath!

Ralph Lauren's show at fashion week was so interesting. Guests were invited to his personal car garage in Bedford, New York, so they trekked 45 minutes out of the city to see the collection and have dinner. With any other designer, I'd find it an incredibly bold move but honestly, who would turn down an invitation to Ralph Lauren's garage?

Did you guys see that Glossier launched their new body products on Wednesday? I'm so excited to try this duo. There's an oil cleanser as well as a lotion and you can get both for $35! Plus, the ad campaign is beautiful and totally unique.

Did you see my Instagram stories? I'm legitimately obsessed with pink and red right now, which made the Glossier launch even more exciting.
