Moving out of spooky October and into cozy November, I wanted to share a few pieces that I think add a chic, autumnal twist to your wardrobe but that also make a statement.
Like I mentioned in the graphic, the western trend is in full force and it’s totally one I can get behind because it’s actually quite classic, especially in American fashion. It’s super easy to incorporate into a fall wardrobe, too! With boots being a staple for fall, you can swap out your suede knee-highs for a great pair of worn-in cowboy boots. If you’re in the South, you can easily find a good pair in thrift stores and if you’re in New York, head straight to L-Train Vintage in Bushwick.
Two classic pieces: a turtleneck sweater and a striped men’s shirt. The brand Sacai did us a solid and combined the two into one, statement-making piece. I love the idea of this sweater paired with white or dark wash blue jeans with a pair of boots or white sneakers.
I don’t think there’s any color more autumnal than ochre, that golden yellow/mustard shade. A super easy way to incorporate fall into your wardrobe, especially if you live in a warmer climate, is with accessories and this Mansur Gavriel bag totally fits the bill.
This soft pink gown is one of the prettiest pieces I’ve seen in a long time. It reminds me of Gwyneth Paltrow’s famous pink Ralph Lauren dress at the Oscars. But the neckline and silhouette has a very regal vibe that makes me think Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly.
Meghan Markle has been known for wearing bold sunglasses, especially from a brand I love called Illesteva. Like I said before, accessories are an easy way to build up your fall vibe. This pair from Illesteva are super unique, but come in a warm, fall-friendly color.
To add texture to your outfit, check out these Cult Gaia bamboo earrings. The'y’d be the perfect addition to a chunky white turtleneck or even a crisp black button down and black jeans.
