/So, the other day I made the absolute best dessert in my personal baking history and, funny enough, it was probably the simplest. I made an apple cobbler with biscuit topping with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and I swear, I drool just thinking about it.
Baking really is one of the greatest fall activities, if you ask me, because the flavors are some of the best. Pumpkin, apples, cinnamon, sage, maple, and caramel. 🤤 Below, you’ll find links to a couple of fall baking ideas, followed by the recipe for my beautiful apple cobbler.

the best apple cobbler you’ve ever tasted
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp lemon juice
Cinnamon
8 Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
Almond Milk
Sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F)
Peel and slice apples, add to saucepan with sugar, water, cornstarch, lemon juice, and dash of cinnamon.
Bring it to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add apples to cast iron skillet (or baking dish) then top with 8 biscuits, spread apart evenly.
Brush the tops of biscuits with almond milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
