I did a post like this before quite awhile ago on the blog and thought it’d be fun to do it again! I’m basically choosing what I would buy if I magically received a $10,000 gift card to Net-a-Porter. Last time, I picked 16 items and this time around, I managed to get 22 pieces within the ‘budget’. I’m posting this during the monthly theme of bloom, which may seem contradictory since bloom is all about having gratitude with where you are and what you have.

But I honestly think that sometimes, a big part of being grateful for what you have, at least for me, is indulging in a little fantasy. I’ll use the example of when I watch Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and seeing all of the excessive spending, funny enough, actually makes me grateful that I’m not in that position because their lives seem to have so much baggage attached to the materialism. Thanks for coming to my TED talk!

So, here we go! I chose a lot of dresses, starting with this beautiful soft green one from Tibi ($750). I also picked a tiered linen dress from Matin ($460) that’s very beachy, a black printed Ulla Johnson mini dress ($525), and a stunning blue dress from Faithfull the Brand ($190) that I actually considered buying today.

For separates, I picked a pretty blue blouse from Veronica Beard ($395) because I’ve been loving soft blues lately. An incredible pair of buffalo plaid trousers from Roland Mouret ($1,275) that are a total splurge but would look beautiful with so many things. A very feminine, yellow wrap skirt also from Faithfull ($160) that I’d love with a simple white tee and espadrilles. A pair of classic denim shorts from Madewell ($70). And last but not least, the most beautiful, technicolor MDS Stripes skirt ($445).

I chose two swimwear pieces both from Marysia. The first is a white scalloped bikini top ($165) and matching scalloped bikini bottoms ($150). The other is this crazy rash guard style one piece ($515) because I absolutely adore swimsuits with sleeves. They’re cute and protect your skin!

In the shoes category, I picked a pair of suede See by Chloe ankle boots ($395). A stunning pair of pink suede slingbacks from Aquazurra ($750). And some white Ancient Greek Sandals ($255) that I want to wear with everything.

My biggest category, surprisingly, was accessories. I chose the gray Chloé Faye bag ($1,950) and an adorable Cult Gaia basket ($100) as my two handbags. The ubiquitous black Gucci belt ($450) and a straw hat from Eugenia Kim ($515). As for jewelry, I chose a coin necklace from Leone ($260) and two pairs of earrings from Laura Lombardi, some gold hoops ($70) and a more elaborate pair of looped earrings ($150).

I really want to know the first dream pieces you’d buy with a big gift card! Let me know :)
